HDTV Guyz offers a 90 days in-house warranty on defective products which begins from the original purchase date – Repair ONLY. Exchange for same product will be available ONLY if defective product is unrepairable. If same product is unavailable you will receive a replacement with equal specifications. Accidental defects are NOT covered.
In addition to HDTV Guyz 90 days warranty most items include remaining manufacture warranty up to, but not limited to, 12 months – remaining manufacture warranty may vary, please check with manufacture directly.
VERY IMPORTANT: Buyer is responsible to package product safely and securely to prevent shipping damage and qualify for refund/exchange. Any damaged and/or abused products will not be accepted. ALL returns MUST accompany original box with corresponding serial number(s) and include ALL accessories – remote controls, stand, cords, cables, etc to qualify for exchange and return.
For defective products please complete below and you will be contacted within 24 hours by an HDTV Guyz customer service member to facilitate warranty.
