-Shipments are made every Monday-Friday and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order; we DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays.
-All orders are insured and shipped via Fedex Ground Service except for TV orders of 46″ or larger which are shipped via Freight Service. If you would like to increase your insurance coverage or expedite your shipping method, please contact us at (206) 682-4400.
-Direct signatures are required on all shipments.
-We DO NOT Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPA addresses.
-TV’s larger than 46 inches require a phone number to arrange delivery. Freight courier will call you directly to arrange delivery.
-For international shipments or orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands or Guam, please contact us at (206) 682-4400 for information and scheduling.
-Orders purchased using PayPal will only be delivered to confirmed addresses
