To exchange or return an item purchased in one of our stores, bring item to any HDTV Guyz store. For online orders please call 206.682.4400 or email support@hdtvguyz.com with transaction ID, product part number and serial number. Please follow these guidelines:

ALL exchanges and returns MUST accompany original box with corresponding serial number(s) and include ALL accessories – remote controls, stand, cords, cables, etc to qualify for exchange or return. Online orders must be repackaged securely to prevent shipping damage and qualify for refund/exchange. Any damaged and abused products will not be accepted.

In-Store Purchase Exchange and Return Period
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within the time frame below:

  • 7 days customer SATISFACTION refund or exchange.
  • 90 days in-house warranty on defective products – Repair ONLY. Exchange for same product will be available ONLY if defective product is unrepairable. If same product is unavailable you will receive a replacement with equal specifications. Accidental defects are NOT covered.

Online Purchase Exchange and Return Period
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original delivery date within the time frame below:

  • 7 days customer SATISFACTION refund or exchange. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
  • 90 days in-house warranty on defective products – Repair ONLY. Exchange for same product will be available ONLY if defective product is unrepairable. If same product is unavailable you will receive a replacement with equal specifications. Accidental defects are NOT covered.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Labor, delivery and/or installation services
  • Consumable items such as food, drink and batteries
  • Items that are damaged or abused
  • Damaged shipped return items
  • Items with missing or tampered serial number
  • Items missing accessories, such as remote controls, stand, power cords, cables, etc
  • Etched or otherwise personalized items
  • Opened computer software, movies, music and video games
  • As-is Final Sale merchandise
  • Special order products

Original Receipt
Original receipt and government issued photo identification is required for all exchanges, returns, and warranty repair services.

Refund Method
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original payment. However, when the item was purchased with cash or with a debit card without a major credit card logo for more than $300, the refund will be in the form of a check mailed to you within 14 business days.

To Protect Your Personal Data
Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless data) from any exchanged or returned products. HDTV Guyz is not responsible for any personal data left on or in an exchanged or returned product.

VERY IMPORTANT: Buyer is responsible to package product safely and securely to prevent shipping damage and qualify for refund/exchange. Any damaged and/or abused products will not be accepted.
